Dr. Laquita Martinez herself was very pleasant during my appointment and had a warm, professional bedside manner. She listened attentively and the in-office interaction was positive.
However, the follow-through afterward was deeply disappointing.
After being seen and agreeing to transition my care, including ongoing prescription management, I was assured that my refill would be processed. Before leaving the appointment, I reminded the physician that I was nearly out of medication.
The prescription was never sent.
Over the next several days, I called the office multiple times to follow up. Each time, I was told the message would be delivered to the doctor. The refill was still not processed. I also sent two written correspondences and, as of the date of this review, have not received a reply to either. In addition, I was waiting on lab results from blood work performed in the office and received no communication or portal update within a reasonable timeframe.
To date, more than two weeks later, neither the prescription nor the lab results have been provided.
Ultimately, I had to seek care elsewhere to avoid interruption in my medication.
While bedside manner matters, timely communication and follow-through are essential components of patient care. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

Overall, from the check-in at the front desk, and the wonderful smile from the administrator, to go into the room with additional medical support and seeing the physician, the team was excellent. Dr. Martinez~ Took the time to listen, I was a new patient, she did not negate anything I said, and was willing to give me further recommendations for the future and the betterment of my health and wellness. This is a good group you all.
Have a little patience because the office is busy and allocate time for the betterment of your health. Dr. T

Very comfortable environment, as a new guest I was helped and my doctor was very knowledgeable! Although I did have to wait in the waiting from for 70 minutes after arriving 10 minutes early, and the woman who took my blood was very short and unhelpful as I was new and confused about what to do and where to go.

Dr. Martinez showed patience when communicating with my

Everything about this place makes you feel comfortable, relaxed, cared about and appreciated. And the best part, they listen to you. It can be hard in women's healthcare to be heard sometimes. But here, they absolutely do not dismiss your concerns, fears, or any other questions you have for them. Absolutely wonderful care!

My first experience was great at Women’s Blossom. I really enjoyed my visit and I really appreciate seeing Anastasia. She listened to my concerns attentively and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. She was easygoing and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire visit.

It was My first visit with, Anastasia Green, NP, she was very professional and has excellent people skills. I felt relaxed and reassured that I was in very capable and experienced hands!!!

Dr Martinez is absolutely amazing! She truly makes you feel heard. She is very attentive and has incredible bedside manners. I am so lucky to have her as my Doctor. She goes above and beyond and is extremely personable

Lets start with, I like the new office…
It was time for me to return for annual and personal. I went to the portal to schedule. However, I felt that I may have a more urgent need. So, I called when they opened and voiced my concern. The receptionist was receptive and noticed a cancellation.
Its nothing like being greeted well upon entering a location, given directions and informed on what to expect. (Although, bringing your own energy has a lot to do with it to). That said, the receptionist is just an extra sweet person.
I was called back shortly after. Dr. Martinez popped her head in to let me know she would be with me momentarily.
Doc hugged me upon entering, I really didn't think she’d remembered me but she did. She heard my concerns and took care of me. She's a bit pushy so, she got me on track to complete all my needed annuals. She's so down to earth we chatted and got caught up as I checked out.
Now, let me tell you, all y'all ain't me. But, do your best. Everyday is not a great day for anyone. Learn to give Grace and Grace will be given to you. I appreciated my visit with Dr. Martinez yesterday.
