About Green

Anastasia Green is a board certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner from Queens, New York. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree  at Howard University. There, she developed an interest in the effects of precocious puberty in Black girls and worked in the Sickle Cell clinic at Howard University Hospital.

She furthered her education at Boston College, earning a Doctorate in Nursing Practice, specializing in Women’s Health. Her clinical experience includes: family planning, colposcopy clinic, women’s health refugee clinic, gynecological-surgical oncology. She has an interest in helping women develop across the lifespan, clinical research trials, the delicate intersection of women’s health and mental health, and reducing disparities in women’s health care. She also serves as a Diversity in Nursing Advisory Board Member at Boston College.

She believes when women are healthy, informed, and unlock their full potential,  their families, communities and ultimately the world will be positively impacted. 

Her hobbies include spending quality time with family, traveling and concerts.
